To ban, or not to ban, I guess it's a delicate balance. I also like the idea of not banning them due to the point they will not be tempted to strike at us with phones or scripts!

I understand how everyone feels about this group of people invading our Forum, they are more than a nuisance. I thought about this for some time trying to figure out how to deal with this situation, as I have no idea how VPNs work, and I'm not going to buy it to try, I thought of creating groups with limited access.
Thankfully, there's an option in the Admin panel to change the way new members join our forum by defaulting new members to auto-join a group. The first group "Advertiser", can only post in one Category, two threads, but are allowed to do their thing by posting in the right thread. Should they be found to break the rules by posting their crap in the wrong thread, (only one thread for advertising) or using a language other than English, their post is deleted without notice and they are taken out of the Advertiser group and placed into the "Quarantined" group with no posting anywhere and only one thread to read.

Well chief, I know this idea has worked well for us being a "low turn-over" forum and I agree with all the implimentations you added to this forum. Look at it now, very quiet lol.
